Lemon Caviar
Scientifically called "Citrus australasica" but recognized with the name of "finger lime" or "lemon caviar", this citrus of Australian origin is used as a flavoring for sweets and drinks, but also as an essential component in refined kitchens. The lemon caviar has very thorny branches with small and pointed leaves, of long cylindrical fruits 5-10 cm and a pulp consisting of round / oval vesicles.
