Mandarin is one of the three original citrus fruits of the "Citrus" genus. It has small and fragrant leaves. The fruit is spherical in shape, flattened at both ends and is composed of wedges containing numerous seeds. Mandarin, around you, it gives rise to dozens of species: from early to late ones, to those without seeds.
